It’s March 2020. Everybody is stuck at home making limited trips outside. In this time of need, we comfort ourselves by baking and cooking.

However, grocery stores are limited. Most stores were sold out of eggs. Personally I was down to about 8 eggs left.

Luckily, I was able to wait a week and buy more eggs, but I know others aren’t as lucky.

That’s why I made this Eggless Desserts For Two round up. This list includes desserts for two people as well as small batch desserts.

In addition to being stuck at home, I’ve gotten messages over the years thanking me for my eggfree recipes due to allergies.

So Whether you or a loved one are allergic to eggs or you’re simply out of eggs in your fridge, these eggless dessert recipes are for you.

Please note not all recipes are vegan. Most still use some form of dairy. You may be able to adjust the other ingredients with dairy free versions, but I haven’t tested them that way.

Cake Recipes From Scratch Without Eggs
