Easy down-home tasting weeknight dinner for a busy day recipe! So glad I found this blog. Me and my working daughter-in-law enjoy sharing recipes from this site – Hey, try this one! Hey, here’s another one! She works from home so she can turn the crock pot on LOL! (Why aren’t there any programmable crock pots that you can program in when to start like ovens I wonder?)

I love your bourbon chicken and your Mississippi chicken! They are the absolute best. Going to look at your Mississippi beef roast. Mikey, my daughter knew of you from high school. Although you graduated a few years ahead. So very pleased that Amanda introduced me to the awesomeness of your recipes. Keep them coming!
